Why are the names of drivers, folders and files displayed in blue?
The names of drivers, folders and files are displayed in blue.
The names of the drivers, folders and files appear in blue when compression is selected. This is only possible when the file system is NTFS.
Please refer to the steps below to prevent the names from appearing in blue:
1. Click Start , click Settings and click Control Panel.
2. Click the Tools tab and click Folder Options.
3. Click the View tab and disable the Display compressed files and folders with alternate color option.
4. Click OK.
