Why is the Picture Tasks option not available?
The Picture Tasks option is not available to folders that contains image files or picture files.
This is due to the specifications of Windows® XP. The Picture Tasks option is only applicable to My Pictures folder. To provide this option in a newly created folder, user has to firstly store images into the folder.
