Why can't the external display be activated when the combined Fn and F7 keys are pressed?
After switching back to the original user account with the docking station in position (previously not connected), the combination keys of Fn and F7 is unable to display images on the external display which is connected correctly to the computer.
Withdrawal or connection of the docking station is supposed to be performed when the original user account is logged on/off, or when the computer is shut down.
When this symptom occurs, please restart the computer and switch to the external display.
