1. Click Start and click Control Panel.
2. In the Manage Accounts tab, click Add or remove user accounts.
3. After displaying the User Account Control message, click the Continue button.
4. If the User Account Control message doesn’t appear, please refer to the following steps.
5. Select the account to change.
6. Click the Change your account type.
7. Choose the items of the user's account categories to change, and then click Change your account type button.
