How to display files' properties in Windows Vista?

Please refer to the following contents
  

1.Open any folder, click the Organize button and click Lay out - Details panel.

2.The file’s properties will appear on the bottom of the window.

Right-click the Detail pane for context menu.
Fix the Detail pane and adjust its size.
