How to use Windows Photo Gallery to edit picture in Windows Vista?

Windows Photo Gallery provides function for editing photos.
Crop picture, Rotate, Red-eye reduction, Automatic or Manual exposure and Color adjustment and so on.

* e.g. Instructions for removing red-eye:
1.Click the Start button.
2.Click All Programs, and then click Windows Photo Gallery.
3.Click the picture to be edited and then click Adjust.
4.Click Fix Red Eye.
5.Click and drag with the mouse to set the scope of the eye.
6.Confirm the selection.
