Internet Explorer Ver.5* : How do I remove a history that I typed in before?
Why are the characters that I have typed in before sometimes being listed down when I'm typing in characters e.g. to search a page etc.?
This symptom occurs when the auto complete function for the form is enabled.
To resolve the symptom, refer to the procedure below:
1. Right-click on the [Internet Explorer] icon in desktop and click [Properties].
2. Click the [Content] tab and click the [Auto Complete] button.
3. Click the [Clear Forms] button.
4. Click [OK] when the [Internet Options] dialog box appears.
5. Click [OK] to close the [Internet Options] dialog box and restart Windows.
