Why does the error code 0x0000005 appear when starting Adobe Photoshop CS or Illustrator CS?

When starting Adobe Creative Suite (CS) applications such as Photoshop CS, Illustrator CS or Golive CS, the error code 0x0000005 appears.

To resolve any of these symptoms, please download the latest SonicStage Mastering Audio Filter Update.

In the Downloads section, please select Notebook and proceed with the steps below:

1. Move the cursor to the relevant Notebook Series and click the model of the VAIO computer.

2. Locate SonicStage Mastering Studio Audio Filter Update and proceed as per instructions on the screen.

Note:

- During the installation of this update, be sure to log in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.

- To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of programs before proceeding.

* Important

SonicStage Mastering Studio Audio Filter Version 1.1.00.07261 must be installed before performing the update.
