There is no Power Panel and Battery Scope bundled?

There is an icon of Power Panel (Icon of the old Battery Scope), but no icon of Battery Scope.
Battery Scope bar and Power Panel bar are not displayed on the desktop.

The Power Panel contains the Battery Scope functions.
[Power Management] and [Battery Information] of Battery Scope became one of the Power Panel functions.
You can display [Power Management] and [Battery Information] with the following procedure.
---For Battery Information---
Right click on the task bar and click [Toolbars], then click [Battery Information].
[Battery Information] bar will be displayed.

---For Power Management---
Right click on the task bar and click [Toolbars], then click [Power Management].
[Power Management] bar will be displayed.
