Why can't SmartCapture start up after setting the display resolution to 1024 by 768 with TrueColor?
Smart Capture will show the error message Failed to initialize the camera. Check if other applications are using the camera.
This is due to the limitation of the resources on the video memory (VRAM). When the display resolution is set to 1024 by 768 with TrueColor, SmartCapture is unable to start up due to insufficient resources. To prevent such symptom, set the display resolution to lower settings other than 1024 by 768 and True Color.
