    I'm switching from Imaging Edge Mobile to Creators' App (due to camera system software updates), but I can't connect from Creators' App.

    If you had been using Imaging Edge Mobile but you want to migrate to Creators' App by applying a software update to the camera, perform the following steps.

    1. Update Imaging Edge Mobile to the latest version (Ver. 7.7.2 or later).
      • This operation is necessary to enable smooth pairing of the camera with Creators' App.
    2. Follow the instructions in "If you did not set up a connection initially" to connect the camera to Creators' App.

    When the camera shows the message "The device is already connected to a smartphone. To connect to another, disconnect Bluetooth and Wi-Fi from the currently connected smartphone."
    If this message appears when trying to connect the camera to Creators' App, the connection information of the camera remains in Imaging Edge Mobile. Update Imaging Edge Mobile to 7.7.2 or later (the icon is Imaging Edge Mobile logo if it is ver.7.7.2 or later). Then, refer to "If you did not set up connection initially" and start connection from the menu on the camera.

    When your iPhone or iPad shows the message "Could not connect."
    If this message appears when trying to connect the camera to Creators' App after updating the camera system software, turn off your iPhone/iPad and turn it on again. After that, start Creators' App and connect again from the [Connect camera] screen.
