Sony does not recommend using the headphones with Walkman players via USB Type-C® because some functions may not work as expected.

- NW-ZX500 series
- NW-WM1AM2
- NW-WM1ZM2
What limitations may occur?
Depending on the headphones and Walkman model:
- The headphones’ remote-control buttons may not work.
- You may be unable to adjust the volume using the Walkman’s controls.
- Some sound quality settings may be unavailable.
