No image output when the RAW Output Setting is 60p through an HDMI connection between the ILME-FX30 and ATOMOS Ninja V

The specifications of the Ninja V do not support 60p output from the ILME-FX30 (according to the AtomOS 10.83.00 Firmware Release Notes).
Note: Visit the ATOMOS website for information on the latest specifications of the Ninja V.
When using the ILME-FX30 and Ninja V in combination, set the RAW Output Setting to 30p or lower.
Note that the ATOMOS Ninja V+ and Shogun CONNECT appear to support 60p output from the ILME-FX30.
