No sound, muffled sound, or noise occurs when connecting with the headphone cable (WH-1000XM4)

    You may hear no sound, muffled sound, or noise if the plug of the headphone cable is not completey connected to the headphone cable input jack.

    To avoid this issue, make sure to insert the plug firmly and completely.

    NOTES:

    • Be sure to connect the I-shaped plug into the headset and the L-shaped plug into the connected device.
    • This issue may also happen when the L-shaped plug is not connected firmly. Unplug the L-shaped plug from the connected device appoximately 3 times, and plug it in firmly.
    • If the plug is not clean, the sound may not be heard properly. Clean the headset plug regularly using a dry cloth.
