I am unable to use the Google Assistant feature.

    Before proceeding, refer to the Using Google Assistant with wireless headphones article to see if your devices meet the requirements to use the Google Assistant function.

    If you're unable to use the Google Assistant feature or get an error message GOOGLE ASSISTANT IS NOT CONNECTED, try the following troubleshooting steps.


    Android devices

    • Step 1 Delete the registration information on the app
    • Step 2 Delete the Bluetooth device information registered on the Android device.
    • Step 3 Pair with the headphones
    • Step 4 Set up Google Assistant

    IMPORTANT:

    • If the device information is not registered, start from step 3.
    • Procedures or images may differ depending on the OS version, app version, or device.

    iOS devices

    • Step 1 Delete the registration information on the app
    • Step 2 Delete the Bluetooth device information registered on the iOS device
    • Step 3 Pair with the headphones
    • Step 4 Set up Google Assistant

    IMPORTANT:

    • If the device information is not registered, start from step 3.
    • Procedures or images may differ depending on the OS version, app version, or device.
