When using the headphones during a call, I cannot hear the voice of the caller or they cannot hear my voice.

Follow these steps to avoid the issues:

When the caller cannot hear my voice during a call

When using the headphones for a call, if you do not speak into the microphone or if the microphone goes behind your shoulders while walking, your voice may be difficult to hear or may not be heard at all by the other party. Make sure to speak directly into the microphone while in use.

When I cannot hear the voice of the caller during a call

Increase the headphone call volume during the call.

NOTES: 

• The call volume and music playback volume can be adjusted independently.
• Changing the call volume does not change the music playback volume, and vice versa.
