Netflix keep buffering

    This symptom may occur if a Webcam is attached to the TV USB port.

    To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

    1. Remove the Webcam from TV USB port.
       
    2. Press BACK button on Remote Control and exit Netflix. 
       
    3. Perform Power reset.
      3.1 Turn off the TV.
      3.2 Unplug the television power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet.
      3.3 Let the television remain without power for 2 minutes.
      3.4 Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet.

      Note: If you leave the TV with the power cord (mains lead) disconnected, the electricity that remains in the unit will be discharged. As a result, unnecessary data and error information in the memory will return to their defaults, and allow you to use the TV again normally. 
       
    4. Update Netflix app to the latest available version via Play Store. On TV Home menu, select Play Store icon > My Apps > Netflix > Update
       
    5. Press and hold POWER button on Remote Control for 10 secs and TV will restart automatically.
