Dear Valued Sony customers,
It has been found that some KD-X9300D series BRAVIA televisions may experience an issue where the television will not power on due to a problem with the power supply circuit board.

KD-55X9300D
KD-65X9300D
If you have an Affected Model that will not power on, please contact your local Sony service centre. A list of the Sony service centres can be found in the service centres’ page.
If diagnosis confirms that the issue is caused by the power supply circuit board failure, your Affected Model television will be repaired, free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions of Limited Warranty that accompanied the Affected Model, through Feb 29th,2024 (Updated on Jul. 28th,2023).
