Notice of Warranty Extension for Display Panel of BRAVIA LCD TV

Sony has recently found that the LCD display panel of the below-mentioned BRAVIA LCD TV models, may exhibit a failure due to environmental factors. Sony will extend the warranty period for the display panel of these affected models until October 31, 2012.

Applicable Models:

KLV-46X350A 

If the affected models are diagnosed as a display panel failure, Sony will provide a repair service free of charge until October 31, 2012 according to the terms and conditions stated in the warranty agreement.

If you own the affected BRAVIA LCD TV models which experience the said symptom, please contact your nearest Sony Service Centre for more details.
