Auto updates are performed even when the AV receiver is in standby mode.
This product has an auto updating function to update its firmware while the unit is in standby mode. While the firmware update is running, HDMI video and sound might be interrupted. To prevent that, please change the Auto Update setting to OFF.
NOTE: If you activate Google Cast, the Auto Update setting is automatically changed to ON. The auto update will run between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM when in standby mode or immediately after the unit is turned off.
