Why 4,096 x 2,160p format does not display at full-scale?
Information is different depending on the Android version of your TV.
For Android OS5 (Lollipop) and OS6 (Marshmallow):
This is a specification of the TV.
Change the output signal of the source device to 3,840 x 2,160 p.
For Android OS7 (Nougat):
To display at full-scale, perform the following procedure.
- Press the ACTION MENU on the remote control.
- Select Wide mode in the Display & Sound category.
- Select Full 1 or Full 2.
