Unable to view a 4K photo when using the BRAVIA 4K Photo application for the PlayStation 3 (PS3) gaming console.
IMPORTANT:
- If the PS3 gaming console is being connected to an AV receiver or a home theater system, make sure that it is able to pass the 4K signal. If the AV receiver or Home Theater System does not support 4K pass-through feature, connect the PS3 to the TV directly.
- The PS3 gaming console must be connected using a High-Speed HDMI cable to view 4K photos on the TV.
