Oh, the infamous freshman 15. High school graduates hope that it’s just an urban myth, and their weight will stay exactly as-is, but unfortunately it is all too real. Anyone who has stepped inside a college cafeteria will tell you that there are many not-so-healthy food choices that can lead to weight gain.
The good news is you can avoid the freshman 15 by making healthy food choices – snacking on fruit instead of potato chips, replacing mac-n-cheese with a salad, and swapping out a fast food burger with grilled chicken and fresh veggies. But have no fear, you can still indulge in the occasional slice of pizza!
Working out regularly will also make a huge difference.
To give you a hand, here is a music playlist of the best workout songs that will motivate you to burn off those calories.
