How to resolve when the Intelligent Presence Sensor does not work under certain conditions?

Question

Intelligent Presence Sensor does not work under certain conditions (when watching TV with Twin Picture/PIP (Picture in Picture), PC input)

Answer

Please check if the Intelligent Presence Sensor is set to ON.
The Intelligent Presence Sensor works in broadcasting and external inputs (except for PC input).

It does not work in PIP/PAP, PC, IPTV input or photo viewer.
