What types of the memory cards can be used with the PCM recorder?

Question

Memory card compatible with PCM recorder.

Answer

You can use the following memory cards with the PCM recorder.
  1. Memory Stick Micro (M2) media: Up to 16GB is supported. For compatible Memory Stick Micro (M2), please refer to the Sony web site in your region.
  2. microSD card: A microSD (FAT16) card smaller than 2GB and a microSDHC (FAT32) card from 4GB to 32GB are supported. A memory card of 64MB or less is not supported.

The operational testes are performed for the followings microSD cards in testing using methods proprietary to Sony.

For the PCM-M10, the operational tests performed were using microSD/microSDHC cards available as of November 2010.

Note: Operations of all types of compatible memory cards are not guaranteed.
