Question

Troubleshoot when error message Not possible to change sync settings at this time appears.

Answer

If this error message occurs while trying to sync the portable player in the Microsoft® Windows Media® Player 11 software, try the following:

Reset the unit by inserting a paper clip (or similar object) into the reset button access hole.
Try the sync operation again.
If the error still occurs, format the unit using the built-in format utility.
