New Delhi, July 16, 2008:  Sony India, today announced the launch of its latest W, V and S series in the BRAVIA LCD television range. The new range includes several Full High Definition (HD) models (40 and above) introduced for the first time in these series. The new BRAVIA V and S series models offer new and improved features such as BRAVIA Engine 2, Intelligent Picture and MPEG Noise Reduction to give a true-to-life picture quality. The range also allows one to pack in sports, movies and games with an amazing backlit picture, amplified and enhanced surround sound, and the convenience of sleep timer and picture freeze.

In terms of aesthetics, the new BRAVIA W, V and S series are based on Sony’s “Draw the Line” concept – designs inspired by the horizon where beautiful images float above it.  The BRAVIA W series is further framed with the avant-garde shimmery Midnight Blue – reminiscent of a stunning night sky filled with Dazzling stars.
