Sony India has won an award at the Avaya Globalconnect Customer Responsiveness Awards 2006 held at Mumbai’s ITC Grand Central on January 19, 2007. The winner in the Consumer Durable category, Sony was recognized for its success in customer policies and practices including understanding customer behaviour, identifying new opportunities and utilizing different customer interaction mediums to exceed customer expectations and solve problems.
