| Call Logging |
- For any service requirements, customer will contact Sony Customer Care at Toll Free No. 1800 103 7799.
- Customer Care executive will provide telephonic / remote assistance to the customer to resolve the call.
- In case, the call cannot be resolved by Customer Care executive, engineer will make an onsite visit to customer site as per terms & conditions mentioned above.
