1. “VAIO BBX” (hereafter “Application”) is an interactive platform to which you may choose to use/access to show your music/ sound oriented creativity/ skills either by recreating the Sony VAIO SONIC TVC or by uploading your video of beat boxing.

2. The Application shall be hosted on a special microsite hosted at http://www.sony.co.in.

3. You may share your view, opinion in respect to the usage of this application on our/ your Facebook/ Twitter/ Google+ Page. However, your entry/post should not be immodest, profane, rude or insulting or attacking somebody personally or purposeless inflammatory. Any such post or entry will be deleted immediately and we reserve the right to ban such Facebook profiles from accessing our Facebook/ Twitter/ Google+ page.

4. When you use “VAIO BBX”, it may read and communicate to us, for our collection, use and/or storage, the following types of information for the purposes described below in Point 6.

5. User details- You use your existing Facebook account to ‘sign in’ to access this application and the details we collect will be your account profile (such as your user id, account name, email-id and profile image)

The Application shall be governed by Sony India’s Privacy Policy- as published on its website www.sony.co.in; privacy policy, if required may be amended from time to time by Sony India without notice; your continued use of the application following the posting of the amended version of the privacy policy shall be governed by such amended version.

7. We may collect, use and process the information described above in Point 6 for sending you e-mailers in respect of our marketing campaigns, updates, profile validation and result announcement.

8. By clicking “Agree” button and using the website, you consent to these transfers taking place. If you do not consent to these transfers taking place, you should not use the application.

9. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions without notice to you.
