Vegas Movie Studio is unable to capture content when Windows Live Essentials 2011 is not approved.
1. Re-connect the DV Camcorder to the computer.
2. Approve Windows Live Essentials to run.
3. Close the Auto Play dialog when prompted.
4. Close the Import Tape dialog when prompted.
