How to troubleshoot when 3G Dongle connection failed?

TV cannot connect to a network via 3G Dongle.


Please check the followings:

  1. The 3G dongle may not be compatible with the TV. Please see below for the recommended 3G dongle.
    For Vietnam:
    - Viettel - E173Eu-1
    - Mobifone - E173u-1
    - Mobifone - E303s-1

    For India:
    - Airtel - E1731
    - Idea - E1732
    - Reliance - E173
    - Open Market - E303c
    - Open Market - E369-Hi Mini
  2. Please check the country setup on TV.
    3G Dongle function can only be used on India and a Vietnam market.
    For country setup on the TV, it is necessary to set to India or Vietnam.
  3. Please chek whether the dongle has been inserted properly.
  4. Make sure that there is still enough data balance left.
  5. Make sure that the SIM card is inserted properly on your dongle.
  6. Make sure the Access Point Selection setting on TV is correct.
    When you use second or third dongle, you need to change Access Point Selection after inserting the dongle. Change Access Point Selection after inserting the dongle by the following steps:
    • Press HOME on your remote.
    • Select SettingsNetwork   → Mobile Network Set-up.
    • Select Access Point Set-up  Access Point Selection  Access Point 2 or Access Point

    This TV can save up to 3 Access Point, so if you would like to add another 3G dongle when all Access Point has been used, you need to delete one of registered dongle data before inserting the dongle. And then select Access Point Selection you want to use.

    To delete Access Point data:
    Please open Access Point setting menu and erase data by inputting blank(space).
    • Press HOME on your remote.
    • Select SettingsNetwork   → Mobile Network Set-up.
    • Select Access Point Set-up.
    • Select one that you want to delete among of Access Point 1 Set-up, Access Point 2 Set-up and Access Point 3 Set-up.

  7. If the TV is arranged at the place affected by electric wave, please check radio field strength from Mobile Network Status menu on TV.
    • Press HOME on your remote.
    • Select SettingsNetwork   → Mobile Network Set-up.
    • Select Mobile Network Status.
