With some devices, the connection from later device may not be established.

Please disconnect the first device by pressing the Retune button, and then select YES.
Try to connect from Screen Mirroring input.

  1. Press Input button on remote
  2. Select Screen Mirroring
  3. Then select BRAVIA Name from your mobile devise.
    To select the BRAVIA name on your device, use the scan feature of your device and select your BRAVIA name.

Note: The video quality may be degraded due to environmental interference.
