The network connection is interrupted while transferring a file using HAP Music Transfer, and the file transfer fails when the network is re-connected.

Applicable Products and Categories of This Article

Try the following operations.

  1. Stop transferring files if transfer is in progress, and quit HAP Music Transfer.
  2. Check the network connection.
  3. Wait about 20 minutes.
  4. Restart HAP Music Transfer.

    NOTE: If the network connection is interrupted during Manual Transfer, you will need to perform Manual Transfer again the next time.
